Eaves Quincy

I have lived here for one year and just resigned my lease. Friendly community, amazing location, superior staff, great amenities - amazing value for today's rental market. My dog Bruce loves it here - lots of space and amenities for him too. From first signing my lease with Ron, to any interaction with the Queen of Calm Darlene, and the responsive, heroic maintenance team - especially Filip - this staff is truly #1! I genuinely love living here - the reviews don't lie!

Living at this community for the time span that I've been here has been everything a tenant wants from a apartment community. Maintenance as well as main office staff are superb! No slacking here when it comes to tidiness, cleanliness, tenant relations, amenities, etc. The view from my unit is breath taking, I'm happy here. Thank you!

UPDATE: now that I have been here three years I have adjusted my rating. Eaves can be a nice place to live. However the rent increases are INSANE. Be prepared for your rent to increase 300-400 each year. If you aren’t on the top floors your neighbors can be inconsiderate and loud. My neighbor drills, move furniture, bangs late at night. They do this between 10pm-6am. No idea what they are doing and I’ve reported them and nothing comes of it. ——————————————————————————- I wrote a review before but it was deleted for some reason- a google glitch maybe! Living at eaves Quincy has been nothing, but comfort and joy! From my very first visit, I knew this would be a great place to live. The leasing team are all kind and patient. I worked with Darlene who had to put up with so much annoyance from me, but never once lost her cool. I had an issue when I first moved in with my heating and Darlene made sure to take the extra steps to get it fixed. The grounds are super clean, the grilling area are never crowded, the pool is clean and never crowded, balcony is a good size, walls are thick enough that you don’t hear anyone (literally only when you leave your unit and enter the hallway.) The maintenance team is amazing, I’ve really haven’t had a negative experience here and I’m so thankful for that ! Truly feel like I lucked out in my apartment search in finding this Gem. The only thing I’ll say is the heater is a bit loud, but not unbearable. This is a great place to live ! You’ll be super comfortable! Look no further !

I am living in Eaves Quincy for the past 2 years and enjoyed my stay here so far without any issues. Maintenance is top notch. One such example of my recent request: Our Air-conditioning system was facing some issues without properly cooling and I raised a service request. With less than 24 hours, Filip visited the apartment, checked thoroughly, explained the issue and replaced the whole AC unit with brand new. He is very dedicated with the work, hear it and resolving resident's issues. Eaves Quincy’s leasing and maintenance team always does a great job. Kudos to the whole team. Thank you Filip!

Good afternoon I normally don’t do reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. I’m a new tenant only been here 4 months, and as the season changed, and I went to use my heating unit, and I was having a problem with my heating unit, and I had the pleasure to meet Filipo. Who was very professional. Not only did he take time to explain what he’ll be doing the first time but, when I complained again, he showed right up, came and looked at the unit again ordered a new unit, and told me when it will be in, and how long it would take to put the new unit in, but informed me that I might be cold, because he’ll have to remove the whole unit, and everything went just the way he explained it, and he is a man of his word. Even when I seen him again today 11/27/23, and share my concerns about the new unit he came right up to check it, and once again took his time to explain to me what to expect going forward, and even explained about how the unit is designed to defrost itself, if needed. Most maintenance man just come in, and fix the issue, and never says anything. Filipo is a true professional, and I wanted the company to know what a valued member they have on their team.
